I like the colours you picked for your drawing =3.

The best advice I can give you is to practice, practice, practice! Its clichéd, but very true. xP

If you want tutorials, check out Deviantart. There's tutorials about EVERYTHING there, and just read as many as you can/want. Try to take one main point from the tutorial, and apply it to your own drawing.

Another great thing to do is to use references. I don't necessarily mean tracing over a picture, but more like using it to guide proportions. Stock photos are great for this, and so is www.posemaniacs.com.
