In all honesty, though the Angelic Sash was one of the first items I wanted to quest for, it's still only a small part of my main quest.

For the longest time, many of you may remember me selling seal letters, during my first and second attempts at the Sash. I did that not only to help you all in getting the items for a fair price, but to make an earning for myself.

The main reason I did that, though, was to get the items that were in each seal letter. I also tried to get 3 a month for myself, and 4 for when there were 3 items in the seal (which only happened for a small period of time). I wanted to get the items because of my origional quest. I wanted to have an unopened seal as well as the items.

I had promised myself that, one day, I would collect every single donation item that Gaia has produced so far, and I intent to keep that promise.

It just, though I'm relieved and quite happy that I have the Angelic Sash, there are other items that are not only 3 times as much, but 30 times as much as what the Sash was. And though the prices of items are going down somewhat, I'm quite sure that the items from 2003 will get to such a rediculous price that I'll put way too much time, effort, and r/l money into it I might become too consumed in the game.

That's all gaia is, right? Just a game, one that I'm afraid I will take so much an interest in I might loose myself more and more as the years pass. I don't want to loose what I may have waiting for me in r/l by some game that is created with pixels.

As my cousin asked me in a comment, "Sooooo, how do you feel?"

My reply to her was, "I.. don't really know really. I mean, I guess I feel relieved that I have finally gotten it, but then... I feel like I still have so much to do. The sash was one of the first items I wanted, yes, but in time I want to try and own all of the monthly collectables. If it took me a little over 4 years to get an item that was only 15million gold, think about how long with will take to get the Halo, or the mini's.

yeah, the early donation items/rares are ridiculously expensive. hence why i never put them in when tekteking. i have trouble adding in EIs because i think they're too expensive. inflation is killer, but a huge part of it is greed. like in ancient Rome, the gap between the rich and the poor doesn't ever seem to get smaller-

started getting too much into a Gaia rant >.< anyway, i don't have nearly the amount of dedication as you do Sachan, so i could never imagine getting any of those items in my lifetime. i'm happy with the donation items i've managed to get, may they be by my own efforts, as gifts or prizes in a contest. of course there are many i still want to work towards, and i may get there someday, but i know it's going to be a long time from now. i'll feel satisfied with myself every time i finish a new quest, and maybe i'll start on a new one. but i'll still feel satisfied and fulfilled. because i remember that i have friends online and offline who don't really care whether or not i have certain really expensive items. and i think that's what important Sachan. don't work too hard to get all those items. don't focus so much on them that you forget your friends. not that i expect you to, but just keep it in mind mrgreen it's always nice to have a goal, but don't get too absorbed.

If I were you, I'd just stop while I was ahead.
Some items rarely ever even show up in the MP anymore
because they are so valued, old, and hard to find.

Recent items maybe alot easier to get but even so
when you get them all... what's there to do with them?
It's like Elmer Fudd and Bugs Bunny.
If he caught Bugs, what will he do after?
