What kind of info are you looking for?

Everything about Mothership Zeta. (see examples of what's posted for the other DLCs to know exactly what we're looking for)

Oh, I have a useful info.
In Mothership Zeta, at the right of the door to the Robot Factory is a smaller door, enter it, and scavenge the area. There will be enemies, but they'll be easy to handle. In the area is a unique weapon, the Electro-Supressor (unique Shock Baton) that deals only 19 damage, but it is quite better than the Shock Baton.
ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU DIDN'T YET BEAT THE ENTIRE QUESTLINE!!!

Mr Ninjasmic
This is a comilation of all the information on the DLC's I have gathered, a huge big thank you to takashi kururugi, for the idea and a large amount of information.

1st: Operation Anchorage.

Story: A simulation about the taking of Anchorage Alaska during the war.

Rewards: Winterized Power armor and helmet,
Chinese stealth armor, Gauss rifle, Jeng Wei's shock sword, Recon armor and a load of ammo and weapons in a small armory. The inhabitants do turn against you after you open the armory so prepared for a bit of a fight.

2nd: The Pitt.

Story: The Pitt takes place in an industrial town in the remains of Pittsburgh. Although Pittsburgh wasn't directly nuked, the effects of the nuclear fallout are still felt. After the bombs fell people in the Pitt fell ill, some died, others changed regressing into an animal like state, coined "Wildmen." The Brotherhood of Steel purged the Pitt of almost half it's population most of which were the so called "Wildmen." When the Brotherhood returned to DC a raider named Ashur was able to claim the crippled city's throne and rekindle the steel mills with the help of slaves supplied by DC's own Paradise Falls. It is your Job to infiltrate the city and secure a "cure" for the radiation poisoning that is inflicting the residents of Pittsburgh. There are supposedly many choices to be made, including how you gain access to the city, disguised as a slave, or maybe a heavily armed wastelander who doesnt take "no" for an answer.

Rewards: Auto Axe, Infiltrator, New variants of raider armor

3rd: Broken Steel.

Story:Broken Steel alters the ending of the original Fallout 3 to allow continued play after the end of the main quest line. This means that when it is time to go into the reactor at the end of Take it Back!, you can still go in yourself or you can send one of three side characters. However, even if you go yourself, you do not die. Instead, you survive the ordeal and wake up two weeks later at the Citadel. If you allow the Purifier to explode, the game will still end. Elder Lyons will inform you that you and Sarah Lyons were knocked unconscious by an unknown energy spike. Sarah will still be in a coma, and you will wake up in a hospital, meaning you survived your wonderfully suicidal mission. >.<

New stuff: Hellfire soldiers, Super Mutant Overlords, Albino radscorpian, and Ghoul Reavers. Also raises the level cap to 30

Rewards: All-Nighter Nightwear, Composite Recon Helmet,Enclave Hellfire Armor, Lag-Bolt's Shades, Lag-Bolt's Combat Armor, Police Hat,Wig, Lab Coat, Callahan's Magnum, Heavy Incinerator, Precision Gatling Laser, Rapid-Torch Flamer, Slo-Burn Flamer, Tesla Cannon , Tri-Beam Laser Rifle, Mark VII Turrets, Mark VIII Turrets, Alien Blaster.

Extra: If you have to make a choice get this DLC first.

4th: Point Lookout. (added by Remote Controlled Rocket)
Story: You are in the Wasteland wondering aimlessly, when a woman asks you to go on to the boat to find her daughter. The story isn't actually about finding her daughter, you will soon see. This DLC is full of many surprising twists as well as another excellent trippy moment. This next bit is directly taken from fallout.bethsoft.com:
Buy a ticket and hop onboard the Duchess Gambit, as Tobar the Ferryman takes you to the strange seaside town of Point Lookout. What secrets does the dilapidated boardwalk hold? Who lives in the sprawling mansion? Why is the Punga Fruit so important? And what horrors lie in the depths of the murky swamp?

Point Lookout is the most open-ended DLC yet, and allows you to explore a huge, swampy wasteland any way you’d like. A completely new quest line allows you uncover the town’s hidden secrets and wield powerful new weapons like the Double-Barrel Shotgun against the swamp’s dangerous, and deformed, denizens.

New stuff: (Weapons) Axe, Backwater Rifle, Bio-Gas Canister, Double Barrel Shotgun, Fertilizer Shovel, Lever-Action Rifle, Microwave Emitter, Pa's Fishing Aid, Ritual Knife, Shovel, The Dismemberer, Toy Knife; (Creatures) Feral Ghoul Reaver, Robobrain Sentry, Swampfolk [Scrappers, Trackers, Brawlers, Creepers, Bruisers], Swamp Ghoul, Swamplurk, Swamplurk Queen; (Etc.) [note: these are only significant things] Cryptochromatic Spectacles, Pint-Sized Slasher Mask, Kenny-Bear, Krivbeknih, Moonshine, Punga Seeds, Wild Punga Fruit, Refined Punga Fruit.

Rewards: 3 New Perks, 5 Main Quests as well as 5 side quests and 3 unmarked quests; Achievement for finding all locations in Point Lookout.

5th: Mothership Zeta.
Story:

New Stuff:

Rewards:

I am currently still working on this, while I compile my inventory and search through the interwebs, post words of praise or give me some of your glorious information on these.

The Pitt one is wrong. The Brotherhood wiped out the Pitt, Ashur got hurt in an explosion as he was a part of the Brotherhood, and they couldnt find him and left Ashur. He then woke up with someone trying to steal his armor. He talked to the new inhabitants and they thought he was a god. He Was NOT a raider. Read from the Wikia or go into his safe in the game

I'll research and go through the entire topic again, as I've learned much more about Fallout. (Try not and quote the entire topic though xP)
