Thanksgiving is coming tomorrow!
I personally don't like holidays, but oh well, I'm out of school, thank goodness. I find holidays as excuses to celebrate; yes, I understand our American heritage, but this is probably the workaholic in me speaking. I'm not too enthusiastic about the food, since I don't enjoy food as much as everyone else. If it's not utterly detestable, I'm okay with it, and that's that.
My brother is coming back from college. This will be the first time that I will see him in...[counts fingers]...four months. He's coming back from Berkeley, and I think it'd be interesting to see how he's gotten. The way he describes college life makes me jealous. I wish I could go to college. There'd be so much freedom, I could do whatever I want without worrying about having my parents constantly watcthing behind my back!
Also, my cousin is coming over. Since we have the same biology and US history textbooks, I figured that we could study together. He would help me with biology and I could help him with US history. It's a fair deal, I think. Then we could strangle my brother, together, because he's a higher level than us on this game called Tempus. Speaking of Tempus, it'd be cool if all three of us went onto a leveling spree, or remorted as the same time or something cool like that. I doubt that you guys know what I'm talking about, so I'll shut up about that.
Realistically, I don't think that we'd have time to do all of that. My parents don't want me to play too much; instead, they want me to do all my homework ahead of time, be a super-studious brainchild...pff, yeah right. We will have fun, and I will make sure of that, dangit.
So, what are you guys planning to do on the holiday break?

Sleep. Relax. Enjoy my time off from school. Every single second counts, I say. neutral
Speaking of food. I don't give a rip about it either. I'm sick of turkey. I want to eat pizza or something abnormal. It wouldn't be breaking tradition too badly. I mean. If some of those Indians ran a pizza parlor, I bet they would've brought it over to the Pilgrim's house for Thanksgiving. But they were denied of such luxuries as pizza.
I'm in it for the pie. Turkeyday brings about one good thing other than vacation. Pie. For that, I am thankful.

Um, go to a couple of my mom's friend's houses, like always. We never stay home during the break, and it's usually nothing big either. We always get invited to 2 or 3 places. A couple years ago, I went to three dinners. It was...crazy. o_x
Sometimes I go to my dad's house during Thanksgiving or Christmas. But like, when I was thinking of going, I heard that Amtrak services are really busy...so I would have had to go either yesterday night or sometime earlier. It's too late to go now.
Though it will give me a chance to have a break, I'm going to study anyway considering I have three big tests in AP Euro next week. I have a few worksheets of Chemistry to do...and I think I should get ahead of everyone else in Farenheit 451 for English if I don't want to have a lot of homework for it later.
I feel guilty for taking a break. I just get real lazy, hehe. I have no swimming today, but I will have it Friday and Saturday. Last year, I had a morning practice on Thanksgiving day and also on Christmas Eve. I sord of wish we had one today, but that's okay. :3
Food. Mm. I like food. Thanksgiving food isn't the best, but I always love pumpkin pie. My favorite desert. <3
