This one actually has a prize along with it!
TheLiterateNinja needs a good outfit. I'm not going to give you any criteria whatsoever. Do what you think is best. Anyone can enter...I'll judge. If I can't decide I might put it up to a vote or recruit some people who didn't enter to help me judge. But I want the mods to be eligible for this too.
So...what is the prize, you ask?
This one is first or nothing.
Winning avi gets:

Mkay sorry guys. College is busy the first couple of weeks. I'm still falling into my routine and it's been crazy.
Contest is officially closed. I'll try to judge, reward the prize, and hopefully buy the outfit (if I can afford it, I might have to ask you to tweak some to make them cheaper) within the next couple of days.
