Here, you may publicly post your complaints about what goes on in the guild. Maybe a role play is dying and you want to rally up, or maybe something more technical happened. No problem. As said before, I do regular sweeps of all threads and so, your complaint will be a justified notification.
However, complaints against other members should be handled only with the guild captain via PM. Please do not complain about another member in public. Though, you may if you'd like, it's just more courteous to handle these matters privately. From there I will confront the member and try to sort things out accordingly.
Overall, I would like for this thread to remain unused, but things DO happen, and when they should occur, please know this thread is made in your best interest.

You are free to post in this thread about any suggestions you have for the guild, or to let us know if we are doing something the right way. That way we can keep doing it to ensure your happiness!

i have a suggestion, and a comment/complaint.. but its not a big one. XD
as for my suggestion ::
i read in one of your other thredas that when you invite people here, you look for people who have great role playing skills and send them invites.
you also said that 4 out of 10 or them get accepted. id imagine it would be hard to get alot of people with stats like that D:
so i was thinking, (maybe if it wasnt the crews job, cause well, i dont know what all of thier dudies are) that you could have some other people sent out to gather more people to join as well? and then tell them requirements for what they should be looking for. if we did that maybe we could get more people to join. i like the guild small and im sure alot of others do, but a few more would be nice, that way we would have faster moving rps and such. and more rps as well :3
a little problem i found.. ::
this may be out of your control, and if it is, then oh well. ill manage XD
but lately some codes arent working that have to do with images. like the IMGLEFT and IMGRIGHT ones. not only is it affecting new posts but previous ones as well. it might just be me, it could be everyone, it could be a glitch on gaias part. but i just wanted to let you know. i know alot of writers are artsy too, so this might get in the way when they set up posting formats and roleplay formats.

I have also noticed this problem
with IMGLEFT and IMGRIGHT
It doesn't seem like it's working
I don't know what's going on there.
Thus why I put my picture at the top ofm y posts instead D:
So it's not only Alu who is having this problem
I'm in another guilf where IMGLEFT and IMGRIGHT work
So I dunno if its just this guild
Or maybe just a gaia glitch?
It's not like it's super important or anything
Just something I have also noticed.

Acknoweldgement -or however it's spelled- :Yes, I have noticed this as well. I have also been informed of this problem throughout many guilds and gaia users.
Please do not panic. It is not you or your computer.
This is -of course- a Gaia tech. problem. (go figure)
I have talked to my team of technicians and we have walked through a temporary soultion. (Note: the team of technicians are really a bunch of guys that fawn over me like I'm some goddess and think they will be the first ones to turn me straight. While they assume this is possible, I achieve unlimited techno. adivce and help from them xD ) Soultion:Do NOT use the imgright, imgleft, or imgcenter for your pictures.
Instead, place the picture as  to its appropriate spot.
Unfortunatly, the techs have not found a solution to how to make the picutres show up on the side of texts. Though, I hope they will shortly.
I also am waiting for a reply from Gaia moderators about the situation. I advise you all to give them a ring and inform them of the situation as well. Why? Because its easy to ignore the few members that complain about something. It is not easy if half of Gaia starts complaining. Get where I'm going with this?Anyway, yeah. Hopefully, this will all clear up.
In the mean time, let us mourn the loss of the post styles we made that are not being served thier proper justice.

Yes, you may invite or request that I send an invitation to your friends.
However, they must meet the qualifications that the rest of the members have. By giving me the name of the Gaian user, I may contact them and retrieve the proper information.
However, it is not a guarntee that everyone you want will be accepted. Why? Because, it's just not a guarentee. There is a rather harsh screening process for those who I have not role played with myself and therefore do not know thier role playing capabilities.
HOWEVER, um... idk, I just wanted to say it again xDAs for the number of memebers. 20 is a rather small number, I admit. Though things seem slow at the moment, I would like to let everyone know -and remind the crew- that it is a part of the crew's job to recruit members of the guild into role plays. If a sub-forum has no interaction, that is possibly the result of the crew member who is in charge of that sub-forum not recruiting and advertising current members.
Again, please, tell your friends. The more the merrier. Just please make sure they can meet the qualifications that are expected. I'd hate to be the one to say "sorry dude, you can't join because I see in alot of your role plays you godmod, give one-liners, ect."

Rather random considering what the previous discussion was, but it's a suggestion so whatever.
We have some good RPs starting up [I'm in two in the Series Role Play] but none of them are open because not very many peopel are joining, which is an issue.
In order to get a better guild we need active members. D=
So .. I think in the main forum [The place where this is] we should have a Role Play notice-thing. Where you can post a description of your Role Play and a link to it, so others can see what they're missing out on and join.
