"Where are we going...?" Lance remarked with his steel blue eyes gazing around the lake.
"I thought I told you we're going to the lake." Vince replied with growing agitation in his voice. It was obvious that the other FC was younger than him and had a short attention span. Good thing he's patient or else during the 15 minutes fly over there Vince would've knocked his head off. As to why Ocean left him with this one was beyond him but he couldn't do anything about it.
"Why are we going there?" the airhead FC remarked once more but with little interest in his voice this time. He was too captivated with his surroundings.

"Now now, there, we can go to the lake for the rest of the day, eh?" Suroi cooed to the baby in a tone that would sound very suspicious indeed to all who didn't know her. Oh, thank sweet, sweet nature for creating SUCH interesting and nice little spots for recreation. They can have soooo much fun at the lake...nevermind it's freezing cold. There's plenty to do by a body of water that does not involved getting wet. And if she's lucky maybe she can find a nice new buddy for her "plans".
Nishe giggled. Fluffy one brings her to all these fun new places with new people; Mommy person's nice, but she's a bit too...lonely. They should definately get out more. She ooed at the beautiful scenery by the lake. It's so...peaceful here...

While gently landing upon a grey boulder, Vince took in a deep breath and soaked in the scenery. He laid gently upon the strangely smooth surface and began to take a cat nap, never suspecting that Lance was a bit more mischievous than he had anticipated.
Lance, being the one with the short attention span, felt the urge to do something really stupid... 'Hm...' He pondered while his evil steel blue eyes gazed upon Vince's sleeping figure. 'Heh heh heh heh...' twisted
Vince has just closed his eyes for like 2 seconds until all of a sudden something, or someone came crashing into him at like 20 mph, making him topple over and into the freezing cold, once pristine, crystal blue waters. He went in with a splash big enough to actually water some bushed that were nearby and laughter could be heard from miles and Lance began to practically roll with laughter at Vince's wet figure.

Sorui heard a splash coming from somewhere right ahead; It could just be a rock or something. But if she's lucky, she might just find this "buddy" that has been missing from her life for...oh, ever since she went to live with Miss Evermore, practically. No disrespect, but Ever's just not exciting enough.
She could see someone in the water, and another someone laughing in the air...could it be...?
"Hey, if you want to finish him up, I can call a zombie friend to eat him up, if you like. She's not too finicky." Sorui yelled to the one laughing.
A splash; then a sudden increase in speed. What is going on...? She tried to peak over the blankets but couldn't see anything...

"Yeah that'd be great!" Lance replied as the now completely soaked Vince stepped out of the water and onto dry land.
Vince shook his entire body from wing tip to toe in an attempt to dry himself off. He licked his left paw and dryly stated, "Haha, very funny Lance..." stare
"Oh come on Vince don't be such a spoil sport!" Lance whined while looking at the new-comers. Impish grey/blue eyes quickly caught on and he said in a suave voice, "Hello there, and who might you be?" He was anxious to meet someone new since old Vince here was just a stick in the mud. -_____-
Vince looked from the corner of his emerald eye, his right eye, and shook himself off once more before slowly approaching the two new beings. "For once I'll actually second his question."

"Actually, I take that back; I don't think she has a very big apattite for soggy things," She mused. She shifted the infant, who's half her size but only a fraction of her weigh, into a better holding position before continuing, "I'm Sorui. And this is...er...Baby. Ya." Shoot. What was the baby's name again...? Mi...ish...bi...ahh forget it. "And who might you be?"
"Nuawu..." Came a whine from under the blankets. There's new people to meet...and Nishe wants OUT! But the most important of demands doesn't seem fitting of throwing a tantrum over. To Nishe, peaceful protest seems to be the way to go.

Vince brushed aside the soggy comment but noticed that Lance took in a deep breath as if to give a really long, pointless speech about some nonsensical nickname he just made up to impress Sorui, but, he cut in before he could even start the first word.
"My name is Vince, and air head hovering above me is Lance, the one you heard laughing earlier." stare
"Hey... My name's not Lance! It's-"
"Don't, even, think about it..." stare Vince cut it before Lance could begin his bombardment of idiotic words. stare His inate ears picked up a diminuative cooing coming from Suroi. He gently hovered over and noticed a bundle in her arms.
Lance, not liking the left out feeling, followed soon after Vince to what the commotion is all about.

Suroi chuckled in a rather odd sort of way, with a hint of up-to-no-good-ness. But hey, if they are already bickering without her help, she's not complaining. They are a rather interesting pair, actually. And that...Lance. Oh, it'll be good times if they can get together to plot or something. he does seem to be a bit of an amatuer...but with training, he's gonna be a star. "Nice meeting you guys," she said casually. Noticing their attention shift to 'Baby' and finally realizing that 'Baby' is emmitting sounds demanding release, she murmured a quick "excuse me" before fluttering down to set her on the soft grass.
At last! Free of the binds of cloth! Nishe giggled happily, examining her companions with great interest. She looked around her, round eyes taking in everything in the vicinity. She raised her arms, anxiously trying to reach the others. It's nice to be down, but not by herself!

Vince and Lance landed to the ground as they both poked their noses at the 'baby'. Lance blinked at it and sniffed while Vince titled his head to the side. "Curious little thing isn't it?"

"Oh, she's a fun little thing, alright." and acreepily silent one at that, she mentally added. Still. She's a good baby.
Sorui looked on as the other two sniffed out 'Baby'. Hm. They are a lot more "cattish" than her. Living isolated with humans, especially a former soceress, does that to you.
"Do you guys come here often? This is quite a nice spot," She commented to fill in the gap. It's only barely more creative than talking about the weather, but usually does the job quite nicely.
Nishe giggled as the Fluffycats sniffed at her. It tickles! But she tolerated it best she could. This seems like their greeting, and she's not about to be rude or anything!

"This is actually my first time here but who knows how many time's he's been here." Lance indicated as-a-matter-of-factly towards Vince.
Vince casually rolled his eyes and poked at the baby with his paw, finding that it tickled her. 'Strange child...'
Lance, feeling bored already, decided to add in the baby to his mischievous endeavor. He quickly darted over and picked her up from the back of her shirt, or, whatever it was she was wearing, and gently placed her on Vince's back. "Why don't you go and give her a ride... I'm sure she won't mind... Right Sorui?"

Sorui gave Lance a that's-not-gonna-work look. Geez, bringing babies into tricks just like that! He should be more careful. Besides, if anything happens to the baby...who knows what Ever'll do to them. Her magic just might come back in times of need.
"Go ahead, she likes it. Just don't drop her or anything; she IS a baby, you know."
Sorui muttered to Lance from the corner of her mouth, "That should get rid of him for a while, eh?"
Nishe broke into a fresh round of giggles at the tickling. She fell onto her back, rolling gently with glee, and tried playfully to grab that paw.

Vince sweat dropped with a flat stare on his face and turned his head around, viewing the baby with a timid smile. "I can hardly carry myself around for more than 20 minutes but if it makes her happy I suppose I can try."
Lance nodded towards Sorui and gave Vince a quick yet cunning smile, "Have fun..." twisted Vince towards the edge of the lake and began to slowly circle around it, feeling that the weight was a lot less than he had anticipated.

"So," Said Suroi as Vince grew smaller and smaller with distance, "what have you been up to lately?" A broad question, when asked in the correct way, brings out most interesting answers. She needs to "test" this one; he's a bit greener than she had hoped. Ahh well. The younger they are, the more you can train them.
Nishe was not at all surprised to be picked up, but she is definately interested by the situation. The fluffy ones all seem really nice, and this one seems to be playing with her! She squirmed a little in his grip for a slightly more comfortable position, then settled down into motionlessness. At this point, Vince can probably understand anything Sorui has to say about the baby being "creapy"; She's still as a log, not even twitching now and then.
