Ever had random cramps/etc. like...a week before your period?
I often find myself running for the bathroom all "OMGWTFPERIOD", find that nothing happened, and then feel like a massive idiot.

It's ovulation pain. Ovulation is not a simple, easy process. It's pain from the egg bursting forth from the ovary and journeying into your fallopian tubes. biggrin
