The governor is looking into finding a way to pay state workers. Although a lawmaker says they could be paying them all along.
The only reason Rendell is looking into it is because the state workers are looking into suing the state.
Also, I was told that the prisoners that work for the state are still getting paid because they don't want the prisoners to revolt.
So yeah, the state is paying the people locked up, but not the state workers who are in charge of looking after the prisoners.
I guess prisoners are more important than state workers.
