All right, I have a request about some games to try out, and I have a DS so they can be for either of the two platforms-GBA or DS.
But I'm looking for fighters, RPGs, action/adv, or strategy--I as wondering if you guys had any good ones to suggest for someone who doesn't own a whole lot of games for either system as of yet, loves the RPGs and fighters, but doesn't have much strategy ability under their belt but would like to start building their strategy up. Also, I'm kinda looking for games that have depth and some mental involvement necessary-complicated and with a good original storyline.... (The fighters kinda are excluded from the first half of that statement, XDD) It's not necessary, but the more depth they have to them, the better-and the more I will be thankful for your suggestion, and just might donate to you or something... >.> <.< >.>

Really, any suggestion and why you think it's a good game or some details about the plot and gameplay would help, but I posted a new thread because I was looking for some specific....specs. XD
To the mods-if it's too close to a thread already made or you deem it a repeat thread, I have no qualms about you deleting it for whatever reason or if you feel it's too much like another thread.

Hmm... I don't know if its the time of night or if I'm not understanding fully what you mean... So, you want some suggestions for RPG, adventure, and maybe fighting games that have a story line, and are simple when it comes to strategy. Is that right? Let's see...
The final fantasy series is always a good start. It can get hard at times so hopefully you're patient. I've been playing the series since I was like 10 so its a snap for me, lol.
Contact was a good beginner RPG if you ask me. Really easy, fun, story line is kinda laking though...
Hmm... adventure games. Yoshi's Island is a great game. I want to get that one so bad. I can't think of anymore adventure games... I typically don't go for those. Castlevania maybe? That one can be hard too.
I know I didn't give you much but I hope it helps a little.

Well, if you're looking for strategy, have you tried Advance Wars or Civilization Revolution? Both are available for the DS, although I'm not sure how hard they may be to come by now. The World Ends With You is an interesting RPG choice if you haven't tried/heard of it, although it is a good deal shorter in length and is definitely harder to come by, at least in my area.
