Second,
I don't masturbate~!!
Especially not while I'm pregnant!
However, I am curious...
Would anything happen to the fetus if one masturbates or has sex while pregnant...?

Unless the doctor has specifically told you no sex or masturbation during your pregnancy, no. It is actually quite healthy for woman to have sex during pregnancy and your doctor will probably encourage it.
Its also supposed to help bring on labor once you're full term.
Make sure you're asking the doctor all these questions and getting the right prenatal care, meaning seeing your OB for regular prenatal visits.

Preston is right, most women are able to masturbate and have sex throughout their pregnancy. Make sure you're communicating with your doctor!
