I know right?! Sarkozy is thinking he's doing the right thing by banning the burka (news flash: it's called a face veil a.k.a niqab) but really he's just marginalizing the few women who do and instead of 'liberating' them as those misguided liberals/feminists (and to think I call myself one, well an Islamic Feminist) think they are, they are just making them have no choice but to stay inside because they chose to wear niqab. France is just making one mistake after another, why can't I be muslim and a french? This whole assimilation nonsense is just bull crap because France is opposed to anything other than the 'french culture'.
And these are just my opinions biggrin
