I like shows with no sexuality unless it is for comic relief, military base and not full up the butt with action. good example, Hogans Heros

Nuh uh. No.
Give me something funny, tone down the language, make it an adventure with an actual plot. Or, y'know, make it something complicated and interesting.
If it has robots, I'll watch it.
Unless it has panties or boobs or anything else.

Sadly I only have one friend who's even heard of it because she grew up on old shows the same as I did.

I went with Mecha, because there have been some really great mecha based animes. Gundam series, Macross, Technoman/Tekkaman Blade, Martian Successor Nadesico, Patlabour and Stellvia of the Universe.
But there are some great fantasy based action/fighting series out there also. Berserk, Naruto, Bleach and Castle in the Sky.
