So I have to go get my wisdom teeth taken out soon, and I'm really not looking forward to it. My stepmom assures me that I'll be so drugged up when they do it that I won't even care, but idk about that.
Yall have any suggestions about what I should do afterwards? Foods I should eat? I'm pretty sure solids and straws will be out of the question.
Anybody had their wisdom teeth out yet?

They're usually removed before they come in but they start during late teens/early twenties I think. They're the last ones to come in.

[~+ +~] I Need My SHOOZ Please Tell Me St. Andrew
Well I've gotten mine out but I doubt yours will be anything like mine. My dentist called my wisdom teeth the wisdom teeth from hell and it took an hour on each tooth in two different sessions and after both sessions I threw up all night and had a raging fever and couldn't get out of bed since everything was spinning and I was light headed.
I didn't have any drugs for the actual session besides the numbing of the gums and I could still feel him poking around at it and cutting it and it still hurt. I know that they can put you to sleep while they do it but I didn't do that.
Like I said, I'm sure yours won't be anything like that though. That was just my lovely experience.

Oh my lord that sounds horrible! gonk
I think I'm going to have an IV during mine, don't know for sure yet but that's how my older brother had his done. Gah, I hate throwing up more than anything else. I've had not so great experiences with anesthesia in the past but they say I won't be completely under. But I want to get them out while I have the chance.

He wear no shoeshine, he got toe-jam football He got monkey finger, he shoot coca-cola He say "I know you, you know me" One thing I can tell you is you got to be free Come together right now over me~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have thee of my wisdom teeth so far; the dentist had said that the fourth wouldn't be growing in because one of my molars was in the way. Doesn't hurt though.
Now I think my mum got her's all removed in one sitting and couldn't eat or do anything because of how much it hurt. Least that's what she told me.
