As much as I dislike him, it would be batman, simply because he happens to be smart
I forgot if it was the Justice league or what not but he did have a chest containing the weakness of all the members. That being said he could wait until the last hero was left standing and take them down.

As long as no one brought kryptonite, I'd say Superman. Otherwise, it would be Batman. He'd sit back and let Superman kick butt then he bring out the kryptonite gloves and kick Superman's a**. ninja
