The Story

The Cemetery of London has been around for decades. The cemetery was founded by Charles London in the 1600's. Built on 15 acres of land, hundreds of men, woman, and children are burred here of all ages.
In 1834, the last known London, Micheal and his wife, Elizabeth, died a sudden, horrifying death. Two grave robbers had beaten them both, raped the wife, and killed them in cold blood. The cemetery closed, never to open it's gates again.
This cemetery is now one of the most haunted sites in the early U.S. Grave robbers and teenagers looking for thrills or to steal have sneaked over the gates, only to be stopped by a 'ghost'. Very few have escaped it's 'wrath'. The ones who have say that it's mearly a young girl, but a frightening one that isn't afraid to kill to protect the dead that she holds dear.. The citizens call her the "Angel of Death"...

1. Swearing is allowed, but you have to use * for major swear words.
2.Romance is allowed, but keep it PG-13.
3.Please post within at least 3 days, and keep in sync with the storyline, if you're gonna be gone for a bit, please notify me somehow.
4.Please be literate as much as you can.
5.I can add rules, so check back here often, but not too often.
6.NO GOD-MODDING! As much as a lot of people want to, please don't!
7.If you want to leave the RP, the PM me and I'll make a small announcement here.

Race: Human ("Angel of Death")
History: Rayne is a girl covered in a veil of mystery. The villagers say she is an angel of death or some sort of demon. She lives in the old church. No one knows that she is the daughter of Micheal and Elizabeth London. No one knows anything about her, accept she protects the cemetery with her life.
Other: the only two people that know about her are Miharu and Edward.

Age: looks 15 but is really hundreds of years old
Sex: female
Race: No one knows (see history for more info)
History: Adelyn is of a race far beyond the humans; so far back where even England hasn't been built yet. Her race is of different forms, but all are the same on the inside. But, when humans became greedy and found out about her race, they started to pick them off. Hunting them, capturing them, you name it, the humans probably did it. Now, Adelyn is the only one left (as far as she knows). She's been hiding for the past years, never trusting anybody enough to let them find out her secret. In the year 1840, she found out about the church in the Cemetery of London, figuring that she could help out in there.
Personality: Adelyn is a very withdrawn person, rarely making friends or even talking... Well, with people, anyway. The only ones she talks to are inanimate objects, ranging from dead bodies to statues to regular household appliances.
Other: Adelyn is rather fidgety, hardly able to stand in one spot for too long. To solve this 'wandering' problem, she tends to fiddle with her robe. Also, her clothes are more like a kimono, with long billowy sleeves and wrapped tightly around her slim body. Moreover, she tends to keep her eyes closed for some reason, but she can still find her way around the cemetery fairly well.

Character name: Taera Blackwing(name is short for Tarror)
Age: 15
Race: dark angel
History: a young girl name Taera was born on the night of all hollows eve, her mother died when she was only 2. And two weeks after that her father cried himself to death. she had been an orphan after that. and now that she is fifteen she decided to go and search for family, but during her search she fell in to a river and died, but only to come back as a dark angel and find were her family was buried.
Personality: sweet and gentle, till you truly get to know her.

Race: Witch
History: Miharu was -and still is- good friends with the London's before they died. She always comes to the cemetery to visit their graves and tighten up the house.
Personality: Miharu is kind to anyone and always helps in anyway. She sometimes is a flirt and also her cloths can sometimes "show" something without her noticing...
Other: The three dots on her forehead show proof that she can use magic.

Age: 287 ( changed at 18 )
Race: Vampire
History: Edward was changed by a female vampire when he was 18. The vampire claimed to love him, but in reality just wanted his blood. He's been around ever since the London's have built their cemetery. He's always been there, and not even Ms. Rayne London knew he was around. He's been thinking about showing himself though, bored for just hanging around for so many years.
Personality: He's usually quiet and withdrawn around male figures, but put him with a lady, and he'll charm them into just about anything.

History: He is a Dark Elf that likes solitude and enjoys the stories of the spirits, he would like to fight this spirit with his own modified weaponry.

Race: Vampire
History: a young Vampire looking for a place to hide from Vampire Hunters, and she has sumbled apon the cemetery.
Personality: sweet, but can have a bit of a temper when called names.
Other: can grow large black wings.

Character name: Strider (duh =P)
Age: unknown (though looks 21)
Race: unknown (though looks human)
History: Much of strider is unknown but its said his name appears in many of the legends of old. His motives are also unknown but he could be at the cemetary to help someone or something.
Other: Though Strider does not carry his staff this far into the future he still has his book and a red sword.

Character name: Stephanie Smitt
Age: 15
Race: Inu (dog demon)
History: Stephanie started to investigate the cemetery when her little brother went missing 3 months ago. He never came back to the little farmhouse that they live in by themselves. She hopes to find him in the places he went to when he wasn't missing.
Personality: A strong-willed girl, but is more than often childish, despite her age. She's fairly gullible, and will fall for anything unless she thinks otherwise. If the stress begins to build and she feels helpless, she'll start to cry unless comforted, which her brother did. She's kind to anyone, and pretty much unsuspecting of some dangers to her.
Other: She has blue eyes, and shuts her eyes when she's frightened at times. She usually wears a "paperboy" cap to hide her ears, and just stuffs her tail in biker shorts that go down to her knees. she takes over her mother's side, not her father's.

Character name: Jake Smitt
Age: 13
Race: Inu (Now is a ghost)
History: Jake began to go to the local cemetery when he once saw someone walking around the gravestones. One day, he wanted to get a closer look at the person. When he went to find the figure, he startled a graverobber. Unfortunately, the robber was nervous, and pulled out his gun. He was shot 4 times (the robber was veeery nervous) until he fell dead to the ground. Now he's a ghost, but he can't pass onto the spirit realm until he does something. There are few people he's able to talk with, but he doesn't know, because anyone he's approached can't see him.
Personality: Jake's as strong-willed as his sister, but instead, it carries into him more than her. Whenever Stephanie got scared, he would comfort her, not the other way around. He's a very caring person, or ghost, and will help anyone who asks, just like his big sis.
Other: The color of his ears and tail comes from his father's side, not his mother's.

History: He had always lived in london, but as a kid he was never brave enough to enter the cemetary, he has finally worked up the courage and now spends alot of his time there.
Personality: He's lighthearted and joyful, but he has put a lock and key to his heart to keep the hurt out so its hard to get to see the real him.

It was night time and she was walking among the graves. She sung a soft lullaby to herself, one that she remembered from her childhood. The cemetery was quiet and peaceful tonight, and she enjoyed that.

Taera droped down from a biulding looking for somewere to stay to the night, for she has not slep in a week now. but then she came apon a large gate that lead to a cemetery, so she flew over the gate and started walking around reading the headstone's. one of them read.

she smiled and thout, my body shoud be buried here but no it flouting down a river.she sighed and sat down next to a grave, and started humming Ring Around the Rosy.

Upon hearing the humming and feeling yet another form of energy like the first, Adelyn began to panic even more. Not wanting to be around these creatures in the middle of the night any longer, she hid behind a tree and transformed into her true form and quickly flew away, hoping no one saw her like this. If that happened, there would be problems...
