Ok lets get this straight. Everyone knows the jokes of trombones sounding like french horns by sticking their hand in the bell and making mistakes. Yes the instruments sound a lot a like when two players listen (almost no difference sometimes) a lot to each other and actually tune!
My friends and I always get into argumental debates on which is better lol. Now I'm asking your opinion

Horn! I'm biased, though. I play horn.
They can sound a lot alike. Horn is higher, of course. Trombone can be a lot more accurate though.

I like both, and play neither. French Horn sound amazing when played well! But so does trombone...I guess it depends on who's playing the instrument.
