{Common Sense and Structure}

I am going to explain a few things here, this I hope will make people grounded on common sense.
[Your Profiles]
Now listen and listen good. Your profile is the single most important thing about your role play, it tells everyone what you are capable of, what your character is like among other things. Be as detailed as possible, don't give short choppy explanations about things, make sure you include as much detail as possible.
If your character has an ability but you don't list it in your characters profile then it doesn't have that said ability. Be warned now, if you use an ability during a role play that isn't in your characters profile you will be given a warning or banned. This is not something that will be let slide.
You cannot place extravagant abilities in your characters profile, even if your a captain, godly abilities are not welcome and not allowed, again, warning or banning if you do not change this if told to do so.
[Captains]
Captains are the strongest Shinigami in Seireitei, therefore they are not able to be taken down easily. No person whom is under a captain level can be stronger then a captain, this goes under your characters profile abilities, you cannot have an ability that makes you in anyway stronger then a captain.
I'll say this, no captain is treated differently in terms of power, but every captain is different then the other. Some captains may be more skilled in sections yet lack in others, we are all treated fairly, no captain rank should consider him/her self above another captain.
[Bankai]
Bankai is only obtainable for Lt's and Captains, you can place your Bankai in your profile but you may not say it's been obtained. This falls under common sense, if you are not of either of these levels and you play with Bankai you will be given a warning, continued offenses will result in demotion from your rank or banning. No character can have godly abilities.
[Shikai]
Most lower level members have Shikai, some don't. Your shikai abilities should structured and well balanced, you cannot have godly shikai abilities, no member can, not even a captain.
