Since there are so many of you coming in right now I thought I should introduce myself.

I am the official Poll Haven guild mule. Basically I'm an account that is accessible to all of poll haven's mods. I'm set up mainly to handle contests, donations, and a few announcements. You can read more about me in the "PH RULES & info" announcement located at the top of the forum.


Speaking of the rules announcement, I'd really like to ask all you new folk to give it a skim. There's alot of info there, but it's neatly organized so you can skip straight to the actual rules, which are the important part right now.

But since I know alot of you may not have even that long of an attention spam allow me to highlight the key rules that usually have to be repeated over and over to newbies:

*All topics most include a poll (It can be super simple, but it has to be there)
*Bumping ONLY in the bump sticky (new bump topics will be locked or deleted)
*Absolutely no begging for gold/items/arena votes/join other guilds (signature's are fine)
*Contests must be approved and sponsored by an active mod.



Helpful hint:
It's not a rule, but we consider ourselves a literate guild. Some chat speak and l337 is okay, but excessive use usually just gets you're posts ignored.

On the up side the majority of our newbie's have been doing quite well, it's just a blip here or there that aren't paying attention. biggrin

I've been in other poll guilds before, so I know how they work. 3nodding
