Dumbest birds ever. I hated that bird. Though, I did cry when I watched it die. Yeah, that really sucked... sad
Well, I came home from school one day, and I saw Sugar on the bottom of the cage. I was like, "okaay..?" And so I opened it up and he was still beathing, and he didn't try to attack me or anything.. And I picked him up, he was still breathing. He was dieing though. So, I called my mom at work, and I was fliping out. He ended up dieing in my hands. I cried, even though I hated him, because he was suffering. I hate when animals suffer for a long time, cause you can't do anything to help them. Well, I couldn't. I'm not a vet, and I don't think I would have made it to the vets office. So yeah.
That really sucked.. sad

I have a budgie (parakeet), name Indigo, at my parents house. I would have her living with me, exceot we aren't allowed to have them in the dorms, unfortunately. I had another parakeet named Keeta, before her. I hope to one day get a lutino or pearl cockatiel when I'm out of the dorms. I also hope to get my falconer's license so that I can take in injured or imprinted birds of prey that need to be rehabilited or for some reason cannot be released back into the wild. This is Indigo, we'll have had her for two years in March

Hi pidey...*waves*....
My family used to live in the country, and we had a pidgeon coop in our barn. My brother had a special dove named Snowbaby that he raised from a chick. Snowbaby ate his breakfast cereal every morning (even though he wasn't supposed to.) He technically wasn't supposed to come in the house, either, but my brother always left his bedroom window open, and Snowbaby would fly in and sit on his bedpost. That bird was strange. blaugh
Our family also had a chicken and duck coop, but the chickens and ducks weren't as nice. My brother still managed to tame a few of the chickens to sit in his lap, though. xp

My parakeet Bluebelle says hello! ^^
She's super-social. There was a cockatiel in our old vet's office when we first had her that used to whistle tunes often. When we'd bring Bluebelle for an appointment, she would chirp back and forth with him.

I'm just a cockatiel....but I had brothers and sisters at the aviary!!" No, not on the web...... sad Here's a visual: small yellow bird with bright orange cheeks and a big yellow crown on her head. She has black eyes, and her wings are almost full grown. Her tail is gray and yellow and is kind of puny. Her back and wings have a mix of gray and yellow feathers. She's still a very young bird, only ten months old.
