I inspect the environment. Often on Epona's back.
Sometimes, I like to look for the collectable items, such as
Bugs
Hearts
Chests
Rupee's
Skulltula Spiders (Ocarina)
And whatever else. Sometimes, I go and chat with everybody in town to see if I can get anymore goodies.
I also try to find ninja Spots... >_> That are incredibly difficult to reach.
