Sorry King, but I am so confused...

Every single raffle since Dec 08 to now? Even if I didn't have internet?! My couple should be low luck as I've been trying them for 7 months now/6 months straight last year (and then picked them back up in March after my internet was purchased.) I lost internet from October 08 to February 09 (moved and couldn't afford it.) Why wouldn't my couple still count as low luck? Um---or do they?
