What kind of video game music do you guys like, if any? I'm a huge uber fan of chrono cross and got the soundtrack even, same goes for the zelda n64 games.

My best friend introuduced me to the Final Fantasy and some of that is so awsome. I recomend trying to find Terra in Black from FF7. Its an awsome remix. I think its FF7, it might be 5 but it is called Terra in Black. I believe its an OC remix. I also like the Halo soundtrack. My friend has a few random techno mixes from video games. There pretty sweet.

Nathero Platinum_Behemoth252 those are both good. FF, DMC, ZOE, .Hack, Halo, i jst love VG music and both Orchestrated and Techno! I like most of FF, hack I LOOOOOOVE. thats why i own the best collection CD...i didnt have the moola to buy all four CDs...i do own all four games...but i got stuck at the begining of four cause im 72 average party lvl and the first area is lvl 92 monsters....it jst doesnt work...so now i have to train for hours... stressed thats why i havent been playing for about 4 months...

Where to begin? I've always been a fan of video game music. Let's see...
Final Fantasy is a no-brainer. ^_^ I've been a fan of Nobuo Uemasu's work forever. His work has influenced my compositions far more than 'traditional' musicians.
If you've ever played Valkyrie Profile or Tales of Symphonia (I believe, I may be wrong on that title), then you've heard my next favorite. Motoi Sakuraba composed for those, and I absolutely adore his work. It reminds me of the only good Journey song in existence. ^_^
Hm... I liked the soundtrack from Devil May Cry 1. DMC 3 was all commercial music with a few exceptions, and though I like Powerman 5000, I kind of preferred the old school, that hardcore techno thrash stuff.
The Dynasty Warriors series has some pretty killer metal, too. o.o

Yeah I feel similar towards them, I don't hate them, they're ok, I don't love them. I wouldn't pay for a ticket to see them in concert but if someone gave me a free one I'd go. xd I'm awful.

It's a band that relies so heavily on effects and voice layering and synth equipment and so forth that every song sounds the same, so why not just re-release the same album?
I liked them okay for a while. ^-^ But it just got kinda redundant.

I liked them okay for a while. ^-^ But it just got kinda redundant. I like the "place for my head" song or whatnot. Though a lot of artists rely heavily on synth equipment and suck outside of the recording studio. Ashlee Simpson or whanot, Britney Spears. Blegh.
