~Enchanted Sanctuary~ (Must Have Approval)

[Senstren]

Senstren nodded. "That's entirely believable. Creatures of that size tend to take refuge in the fact that most humans are expecting something smaller. A ground dweller should be interesting to see though." Senstren leaned back a bit, still smiling, but remembering that he didn't have his sword. Hopefully he wouldn't need it. "Do lead the way Miss Angel."  

[Anita_Paper]

"Why would I want to see a unicorn? What do I look like a little kid?"
She was oblivious to the irony of her statement. It wasn't said with anger or malice. More confusion then anything else. Anita then shrugged and followed the other two.

Angel held back the chuckle that threatened to spill across her satin lips. She reckoned Anita felt ten foot tall and bullit proof. She was however a two time Champion in the guild. "Ok, right" She walked ahead of the two leading through a winding path that led deep in the forest. The canopy above them locked the sun but they were still able to see the path as it was lined with luminious flowers.

Senstren followed closely, trying to peer as deep as possible into the forest. He knew that Angel would probably tell them when they got close to the creature, but he was always a bit nervous when it came to these beings. He noticed the strange plants lining the path, but pushed them to the back of his mind as he scanned the forest. "So how long have you resided in RDS Angel?" He asked, wondering how much time would be needed someone would need to learn everything about a territory the size of RDS.

Anita crouched down for a closer look at the strangely glowing plants. She reached out a hand to touch one but, stopped just short of the plants. So engrossed that she glossed over the fact that Senstren had asked a question as she turned to Angel.
"These are so cool! What makes them glow like that? Can I touch them?"

She turned slowly, almost floating in movement. "I made it..." A frown stayed behind the smile when the goddess above saw to the quizical acts of a small child. Kneeling beside Anita, Angel ran long elegand fingers through her hair. "Yes, touch them....if you like." She smiles a bit more. "What makes them glow? The same thing that makes the moon glow.....magic." She winked now than stood.

Hearing Angel's statement, Senstren instinctively cast an eye over the area surrounding him. She could be refering to moving into the area and physically constructing the main building and whatnot, or she could be refering to something of more of an arcane method of construction. He had heard of mages pulling out entire cities and storing them safely in their minds to avoid a catastrophic event. Although these mages were on average much more powerful than Senstren himself, that didn't give him much confidence in their dimensional stability. He was sure that RDS was fine though, for he had not noticed any tell-tale signs of an unstable environment. Senstren's mental doomsday rant was cut off when he noticed Anita's interest in the glowing plants. Attempting to satisfy his own curiosity, Senstren chose another plant and poked it lightly with his foot.

Anita touched the plant and then noticed that it was the pollen that gave it that odd glow, as her finger had now luminessed (sp) also.
"Oh, wow! This is really cool!! They're like half firefly and half flower!! Too bad Mario Bros. beat you to the fire flower name!" xd  

[Angel Miasma Omega]

"Yes, sorry that." A sadness tugged at the edges of her heart but Angel knew that the time to move on was nigh. She had to learn to live and to leave the past there...in the past where it belonged. She turned her head ever so slight to the left and listened to the rustling of the leaves as small salamanders scurried up to them. They were there do lap at the honey within the hoods of the flowers Anita was admiring with Senstren.

Finally satisfied that the plant was not of the violently explosive variety, Senstren removed his hand from his sword and turned to his travel companions. He caught a strange expression on Angel's face. "Is something wrong Ms. Angel?" He asked, only to immediately wonder if it was even any of his business to begin with.

Anita cocked an eyebrow and stood up to look at Angel. She felt something had changed in the voice of the Synicate's matriarch and even something just felt differntly in the air. She turned from the flowers and faced Angel, concern and curiousity on her face.

She kneeled down laying her hand, palm up on the ground. A tiny gecko scurried into her hand and curled up in her palm. "Hello little one." She returned to her feet then shook her head gently. "Just old memories, nothing that won't pass." She offered the lizard to Anita. "I like to walk my thoughts away."

Anita smiled as she accepted the small lizard and looked at him as he curled up in her palm. She then looked at Angel and cocked an eyebrow.
"You sure that's not taking that whole leave your worries behind you saying too litterally?"

"There is nothing I can do to change it...." She had thought like the wee child once. "So why not enjoy what I have?"
