Oh, I know this is really lame, but I like to cook! So this is a thread for fellow cooking enthusiasts to share recipes, talk, and for our members to blather endlessly about glorious FOOD!
Noobies and college students are welcome to ask questions, I have loads of good tips for beginners. smile

I like cooking pasta dishes, and I really like Arabic and Indian food. I like doing research on different countries and cuisines and then trying my hand at the recipes. I've only had two things so far I really hated. xP
Favourite thing to eat is probably sushi.
My comfort food is actually a drink, and it's a tea made by my old work called Lemon Mint Sencha. It's pretty much the best tea ever.

I don't really care for cooking. I mean, I used to want to be a chef but I was more interest in getting the food done as soon as possible so that I could eat it, so when I couldn't eat it... Well... I was not happy.
I think my favorite thing to eat is Roast Beef. ^x^ Mmm. But I also like those noodles my mom makes from the broth too...
But my comfort food has to be Ice Cream. So cliche, but it always makes me feel better.

WOOH! good to know i'm not the only culinary artist around here XD
okay here we go, my personal speciailty is my Signature Jerked Chicken on rice *drools*
My favorite food to eat, Lasagna, meat cheese and pasta sublimely layered and baked to perfection.
as for comfort food, it's a tea, Peppermint tea to be exact XD helps me relax.

I have to make a dish besides the banana budding and sweet potato pie that everyone are tired of that I make. Something sweet and desert-ish.

So let's make a discussion! O: what are your favourite things to cook? well, i am mostly interesting in grilling beef burgers, turkey burgers, potatoes, roasting anything over a campfire, and baking of any kind 1 biggrin

Comfort food? FRENCH VANNILLA ICE CREAM! scream biggrin twisted whee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(at church tonight the high-fiving socialization part had the question of what's yoru favorite ice cream... s george was yelling "VANIllA!" and i walked by and roared "FRENCH VANILLA!!" and he roared back "FRENCH VANILLA!" and we clasped hands and roared at eachothers face at the same time "FRENCH VANILLA!!" xd )

Old school Ramen or Udon with Shrimp Tempera or Panko Chicken...God, I'm hungry sad
