Welcome to Rave City. A city were all Races live together. Most of them though are outlaws and those who had been driving away from their clan and family. The rules here are very simple. Follow the guild rules. See? Also, this place is located in Germany.

Impotent Buildings and places of Rave City.
~: Darkwing Corporation :~
Is a very tall 20 story building run by Phoenix Darkwing.
It has a garden in the main room, with a three stories waterfall going down in it's own pawn.
The place is the home of Phoenix Darkwing as well as a reasearch building daring the day. But that is just it's mask. The building was really built for those of the underground to do business and hang out with one another.
4th floor is a club
6th Floor is a hot springs.
9th and 10th Floor is for business renting.
13th floor is for guest, renting the night to stay at.
20th Floor is Phoenix Place.
All other Floors are for research.
Clearwater Gun's n' Sharps armory
A small gun store, stocked mostly with hunting weapons, but with a few personal sidearms, the novelty of the place is the "sharps" or the collection of bladed weapons, all for sale, but mostly just display. Under the counter military class weapons and Vampiric weapons can be purchased here.

 ~: Phoenix :~Opening Night!The day had passed by. Night begin to fall once more. People were all over the street. But a lot of people were at the new building. Well, those who got the invention of the opening night. Some were researchers and scientist. But most were those who did illagle running's. Street Racing. Forging Trade. Black Marketing (Of many kinds) and so forth.
The new building was tall. It was as if it was reaching then Heavens above like most of the buildings around her. It's lights colorful. It's own run away in the front and back. It came with it's own eight sortie garage. Not to mention five going underground the city. Inside the building, the main room almost looked some kind of magic and mystic garden. A man made waterfall flowing three stories high into the pound below. Rocks covered the little pound, with all kinds of plant life surrounding it.
The sharp clicking heels could be heard through the crowed as the young human American walked out into the main room. Walking in front of the garden where there was a sand and a mac. Her long black hair was curled in a rich and fashion way. Yet her hair was down and not up. Those dull, yet knowing blue eyes went to look into the camera that was pointed at her, as the lights went to flash off and on. Phoenix could not help but to smile. She was once again, wearing a Red Dress. Yet this one was different from the last one she wore. Instead of looking like the now and days. This one had a western medieval look to it. Finally her voice went to speak up. Soft, yet loud enough to be heard. Her little forgin accent playing into her words as she spoke up.
"Welcome all to the opening night of the ~: Darkwing Corporation :~. I am very please and glad that you all could come on this very special night. Also, I would like to introduce my new main and first head secretary, Ms. Kairi. She is very good at what she does and will be helping me out with our research projects that we will be working on to help those people out there. To find a better life. Better technology. A safer life. And one that will no longer be plague with daises that could not be cured. Ms. Kairi.."
The woman went to wave her hand toward the side. Waiting for Kairi to step up in the spot light. To give the fans what they want to hear. She then went to head into the crowed to greet all those who had came on her opening night.

Serenus had gotten up from her table and went to shake hands with Phoenix. "Dr. Darkwing, I am very pleased and impressed with your new operation." She held her hand firmly and let go. "I am very interested in doing some business with you...may we sit and talk for a minute?" There was a devient smile on her lips, her dark green eyes were so beautiful and hard not to get lost into. "Please?"

~: Phoenix :~Ready to talk business.Phoenix looked at the one who got up to shake her hand and speak to her. A slight smile appearing on the woman's lips. A vampire. They were not hard to tell from a human, once you get to know them. Besides, she did send out the inventions to all around. Including this one before her.
"Thank you very much Ms. Serenus, correct? Yes, let us sit!"
The women went to let go of the others ice cold hand. Only to pull up a chair of where the woman was sitting at. She went to sit down and lean back in the chair. Her legs crossing as she went to watch Serenus now.
"So, what is it you wish to speak talk to me about?"

Her body was graciful as she moved to sit down, her motions interacted with each other perfectly. It a signature mark of a vampire, to be prefect, to be everything the male human wants for an idle women. She order flagged a waiter down and ordered a dry martini. "Anything for you Phoenix?" The words rolled off her tounge like slik. She was taking her time to offer me proposition.

Was her reply to the question. Though Phoenix herself was human. And the one in front of her, was in all right perfection. She was almost use to it. In fact she seen a being who was much lovelier then the vampires themselves. But, she could not help but to be attracted to such beings. The woman's blue eyes would watch the one in front of her. Every so closely. Studying her in every way. Her jester. Her words. How she did things. Yes, this one took her all in.

Serenus saw the women was staring, she parted her red lips almost taking a breath. "I have come across some rare creatures...I am looking for a place to keep them and possibely sell. I heard you have business sections for rent." Her drink came and she took it of the tray, her arm was quick as it jutted up but had slender motion. "Are you interested?" She smiled over the rim of the glass making contact with her dark vibrate green eyes to the light intelligent blue ones.

Jackson, his "human" name, his Real was Radiaas, but the humans never knew. He was fingering his blade, his "sharp," thisplace made him uneasy... to much of likelyhood for conflict, he watched another vampire and the hostess walk away from the lobby, probably talking buisness, this woman was deeper in than a mobster. A security guard jostled him, he flashed his fangs and jabbed the handle of his sharp of his sharp in the man's stomache.

~: Phoenix :~The sent of bloodThe woman could not help it. In all her years, she was trained to watch those closely around her. Not to mention of all the places she went to. The people she dealt with. This one always had to be on guard and study those around. Just in case. Lightly, she took hold of a plant leaf that was near by. The gently pet it before letting it go.
"So, you would like to rent out one of the business complex this building has? Would you like to also rent out anything else the building has in store? I don't mind you renting out one of my rooms at all. You can come and go as you like. I'll give you a key card and the password for one of the business rooms..."
The woman went to halt in her words. She could tell something was out of place now. Something inside her told her to keep a very close eye on what was around her. She could feel something else near by. One with an aggressive strict. Then again. A lot of these people here had an aggressive strict.Her blue eyes, went to turn back onto the woman's green ones, continue what she was saying.
"..sorry. Anyways. As for payment, we will talk about that later. It could be money, payback or just something I need. Until then, you can be as free as you wish to go in and out of here."

Radiaas laughed to himself as the guard shuffled away, probably to warn the hostess, he slid his sharp back into his pocket, and mingled, scenting each human, he might have to sample one or two after this party was over.

"I thank you Doctor, if you wish payment could be an animal if you are interested in a pet. I have many wonderful rare house hold pets, some you may like..." She noticed that Pheniox was uneasy and distracted. "Are you alright?" She was concerned for this women even if she was undead. There was a smell of blood in there air. "Something isn't right..." She stood up and looked around then saw the gaurd stumble in bleeding.

Radiaas wondered how long it would be till he was kicked out... he wandered towards the buffet table and cusaluly stood by it, not eating.

Looking over at the guard. She had notice he had cut himself trying to get his own weapon out in time. He went to tell her what happen. The woman just sat there looking relaxed as if it was no big deal.
"Yes. I already know this...No. Just leave the cat to play."
The woman went to wave him off. She really did not care about it all. It was nothing big.
"I will be right back. Also, please. Just call me Phoenix."
With that, she went to get up out of her chair and head toward the elevator.
