There is a girl that i work with named Katie. I think she is in an abusive relationship and i don't know what to do. I really like this girl but i will tell you what's going on and i value your opinion. Katie was a bubbly,happy go lucky girl that would laugh and be happy. She would also talk to me all the time. She is a pretty blonde blued girl that never really dress like a tramp. Now she has a frown on her face all the time she doesn't even TALK to me anymore. The last time i talked to her was yesterday and she seemed like she was on the verge of tears. She has a very large bruise on her right arm that when i asked her about it she got very mad at me and shook her head and said "don't ask questions". She wore a shirt that just about showed all of her breasts. She only wore a shirt like that only once before that that i can remember. You guys i am very worried about katie and i don't know what to do.

Let her know that you are worried about her, and if she needs someone to talk to, she can always go to you for help.

dwarfshorty What do you guys think i should do if she clams up on me? Don't give up on her! People try to hide things and if something bad happens if thats the case then tell her you could not live with yourself knowing you tried to help her out neutral

Never give up on her - she may take a while to find the strength to get help.
Make sure she knows you are there to help - does she live with the guy in question? If so, maybe give her the number of a shelter or refuge she can run to.

Everyone's answers were the same as mine.
It is possible her boyfriend caught her talking to you and was extremely jealous. Maybe that's why she clams up around you... in fear he may see her hanging out with you. Don't give up on her!!
Give her your number, unless, as September Wolf suggested ... If she lives with the butthole, then give her a number for the women's shelter. She needs to know someone out there cares and she needs to be able to trust someone.
