Hi. PN here with her updated, slightly more offical quest thread. Why is it more offical? Because it lists future quests as well.
Current Funds: 280/10,000 "Basic Home" (This is a raw gold number and doesn't reflect any items I may or may not have. Their value will be added when they get sold.)
Quest Funds will be updated every 1000 gold.

Giveaway...sort of
I've been seeing this kind of thing floating around Gaia for a while now. Basically, I'm gonna attempt to bribe you into donating to me.
All donators will be listed in this thread. At the end of each current quest, the top donator will recieve a Sealed Envelope or, if the current Sealed has already been released, they will recieve the current Monthly donation letter.
