El Winnie From what I understand, the '03 test was an anonymous one, if he tested positive or not is nothing but speculation of yet to confirm reports. Not to mention, if he did tested positive, that means someone got his results in a non-legal way, if that's enough to declare evidence as un-admisable in trial, its enough here.
The results were attained in a legal way:

No he hasn't admitted nothing and I don't think he ever will. He said something along the lines of "I'm not going to talk about it"
