EDIT:
Just post in the guild to,when he says prove your self i assume *i'm not speaking for him* that he means post in the guild be active. Have charisma make sure every one feels welcome in the guild. Have not just people in the guilds back but anyone *not including jerks that don't disearve it*
also i'm randomly checking on members of the guild just for kicks so that helps.

All you do is just send a link to the guild to your friends and have them put in a request stating that you invited them and then when they introduce themselves let everyone know who invited them as well.

I would love to be a crew member! I have tons of ideas that might help bring people in, lol, well ok maybe not tons of ideas but I have a few. Like questionnaire's and I know that we have a bumping contest but I'm not even sure if it's started and a lot of people won't want to pay to be in and then have no guarentee's that they'll win anything, but maybe we could raise the price a little to enter it and then at 100 bumps you give them 100 gold and then at 500 bumps maybe 600 gold. Just little incentives like that. We could maybe have some secret avatar contests or something.
