I would very much enjoy having a pub/inn/shop.
I have some ideas that I think would be fun and pretty cool.

Pub:
Like the name implies. Get trashed and take the Fights outside.
Drink menu
Hire people to be bartenders.
Hire people for cooks.
Hire Waitresses.
Only open late. (I can't be there all of the time)
In my opinoin this will be a good place for people to catch up on things that have happened in other threads.

Inn:
Could be used for NPCs.
People with characters that might not be around for to long. (travler, extra characters, etc.)
If you need to leave the rp and your character is off campus you could use the Inn as an end point.

Shop:
A secret shop in the back of the Pub.
Only people who know the the password can get in. (I have a cool idea for the password)
Not a shop for avitars but a shop for characters.
