I was just wondering if anyone wanted to have the most popular role plays (those probably with a certain number of pages) to become stickies so that they are easier to find.
A sticky thread will just always stay underneath the announcements, like this thread here.
Would this be helpful, or should we just leave all the role plays as normal threads and just have the more popular threads stay on top by people posting?
Please, post or vote you ideas and opinions.

not bad, but I think a better Idea would be to update your catalog, that was the first thing I looked at when I joined, and a decent number (ish) of them are dead

Could be helpful--but it would most likely crowd a Role Play, and make it more hassling to keep it alive since some people don't responde for long periods of time (guilty of that sometimes).
But I still say yes. Cleaning out the forums might be a good idea.

With the role play forums, I usually try to clean out the role plays that haven't moved in over a year. I'm not all that concerned about old role plays stacking up, as they will just get bumped into oblivion (back pages in the forum) and will just get harder to see.
So far, I hear that I need to update the catalog.
Any ideas on what should be allowed? Does it need a page limit to gain into the catalog? Should it have so many posts per week?
Any ideas here would be helpful. Also, if anyone is willing to PM me links to the role plays they feel should be in the catalog, that would be great too.
(Try not to ask for your own role play to be cataloged, or if you do wait for it to grow before you do.)

I was thinking a little higher. Something on the lines of 10 or more posts with around 5 posts a week. Seeing a post almost every day would be nice, for it shows that the role play is moving. It can have a few stall outs here and there, but should be moving and have some people involved before it really gets marked.
Otherwise, I would be updating the catalog constantly. I would only like to update it maybe once a month, hopefully only adding to it, and not removing from it.

i think that it should be closer to 10 pages (at least) and at least 1 post a day (on average)
