A Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Limited Edition Collector's Set?

Since the Advent Children sub-forum seems dead I'm posting this here.

I thought they had all sold out long ago.
So I was very surprised to see one at the speciality video store.

For those of you who don't already know,
the Limited Edition Collector's Set came with:
Two DVD set,
Ten postcards,
the Script (In English, one hundred pages), and a
Seventy-two page mini-"novel" with a side story of each character.
