Personally I think that Link would win, because he has great swordsmanship. He can dodge, backflip, parry, and do all sorts of neat little trick up his sleeve. And he also has magic arrows, (Light, Fire, Ice,) a giant hammer, various spells, and a whole lot of other weapons at his disposal. Inuyasha has the windscar, and other sword techniques that Link can easily dodge.
If Link has the gold gauntlets they'd be matched in strength. Although Inuyasha has more stamina, and can take more hits that Link can. But Link is persistent and determined.
I think Link has the upper hand even if he is a Hylian (Basically a human with pointed ears, and more magical abilities.)
