Ever want to know what programs or plug-ins someone used on an image? Yeah me too.

Everyone has their favorites, mine is JASC's (bought by Corel and sumarily killed) Paint Shop Pro v. 7.4. I know it's older, but it has a ton of great plug-ins and features that I normally use.

What programs do you guys use the most? What others are in your arsenal?

Hmmm well on the internet(and it is avilible for downlaod) is shi painter
it has some nice water colors and pen preasure.

My unused main program though is corel painter esentials 3 witch is really good for realistic shading with acriylics and oils

haha well in what i said like "good for water colors and oils" and stuff of the like is that the tools named that have a really nice affect in my opinon.
also, the other stuff is the names and places of the program i believe :>
