The BBC have confirmed that the identity of the Eleventh Doctor will be revealed in a special episode of Doctor Who Confidential tomorrow (3 January 2009). The link is here

I can't wait to find out who the next doctor is. I'm a bit disappointed that David's leaving. The new actor better do a bloody good job to fill David's shoes!
The thing is that I come from Australia, so I can't watch the Confidential episode! I have to wait and find out on the internet! That sucks. I wish I lived in England right about now. sad lol

I watched a video What The Buck did where he talked about a new Doctor. There is a good chance he may be played by Patterson Joseph, who would become the first black Doctor.

I don't think the confidential where they reveal the new doctor will ever air in the US. Well, we don't get the confidentials anyway (SciFi channel you make me sad!)

Does anyone know when new episodes are coming out?
I would like to see some with Matt. I love David just as much as the next whovian but we all felt the same way when David replaced Chris. We will grow to love our new doctor and who ever his new companion is.

I am a little upset we are losing the Doctor we have not I totally adore him. I can't believe it is already 11th that means only one more doctor after this guy. The 12th Doctor who is evil I remember when they had one of the Doctor Meet the 12th. Now I going fish out some of the old show I had on VHS.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't actually an incarnation of the Doctor... I hope the whole "the last one is gonna be really evil" isn't true, it'd freak me out for sure.
Also, I was watching an episode of "Any Dream Will Do" on BBC America and one of the contestants looks JUST LIKE MATT SMITH except without the emo hair. It was really disconcerting/freaky/strange. gonk

I dunno what you saw with him and Billie Piper, but what *I* saw made me wish I hadn't seen it. Just IMHO. Wasn't really a fan of the acting..
I'm hoping Moffat's scripts can win me over, really...
(But then I said the same thing for Martha and Donna, and I prefer at least one of them over Rose now. So there's a good chance I'll be won over.)
