I'll go for yes coz being together for the second time means u really wanna be w/ each other... and for the second time to be together i think u know each other likes and dislikes and u can just go w/ what the 2 of u like and the relationship would be smoother.

But at the other side it could be a big NO coz y be together again for the second time when the first time didn't work out... u could just be wasting ur time.

i think that it'll be better the second time because you now know what you want in a relationship && it really does mean something bcause you still want to be together although your first time diddnt work out too well . so yeah , i really think the second time is much much better (:

I'm...Gonna disagree with everyone else here. xD Well, more or less, anyway.
I'd say no to the second time around business. I have never seen it work yet, and frankly, the old problems will probably rise again that ended it in the first place. Unless some drastic personality change has occurred with either person in the relationship, it seems pretty pointless to me to try again when it failed badly enough before to end. If you really love someone or like them or whatever, I think you should be able to stay with them the first time, through rough times and good, not leave when it's tough and then come back later when it's sunshine and daisies.
But that's just my humble opinion. xD
