We did our usual lunchtime Thanksgiving in Albuquerque with Jason's big family, and dinner back up here with my parents and sis' family. I feared I'd feel too sick to enjoy food, but I did ok and didn't feel really sick and throw up until I got back home (I think environment has a lot to do with it too!) We went again Friday and last night for more leftovers at my mom's.
We went to see Twilight on Wednesday in Albuquerque, and I loved it! They put it almost every detail from the book I hoped they would.
And we found out while we were down there that two more of my sisters in law are pregnant, so now there are 4 of us! One is due in late January, which we knew, and the 2 new announcements are June and July.

Wow fawN, your family is growing by leaps and bounds!!!
We spend Thursday with my family here in MA, and did wind up having a traditional dinner (my dad had kinda wanted to go out, but mom got her way). Friday afternoon we left to pick up Ellie's parents in NJ, then continued to MD to her brother's new home for Thanksgiving with them, on Saturday. THAT was a huge crowd of 17 (compared to my family of 5). Her SIL also announced that THEY are pregnant, and due in June.

Haha! Well, congrats to her sister in law too!! I heard we're in the middle of a baby boom! Meloidogyne's sister in law is also expecting around when I am, and they're hoping for her because she'd had 2 miscarriages before, and one was at 7 months. When we visited my family on Thanksgiving, my sister informed me she was having another miscarriage, but she didn't find out until after the bleeding had started this time, because she'd gone in for other symptoms. That's 4 for her, and they're now taking foster-parenting classes and will look into that option because they really wanted one close to Ella's age so they could play, and Ella's 5 now.

Ah fawN, that's such sad news for your family. I wish them the best of luck with fostering; there are not nearly enough good homes for these kids.

Jade was happy to hear that Jenni and Guy were taking Foster Parenting classes, after I told her what that meant. She said, "You mean I'm going to have another girl cousin?!" For some reason she knew they'd want a girl and not a boy.
I went into the ER this morning for spotting and twinging, but everything's fine, and we got to see the baby swimming around, see the heartbeat, and it's exactly the right size for its age (to the day!) which is unusual. They think maybe a blood vessel ruptured in my placenta or something.

Oh fawN,that must have been scary, but at least you got to see the little one and it's healthy (and seemingly happy if it's swimming xd ) I hope you're still doing well.
