Okay. So I have 5 Volks Dollfies (24-28*Neo* cm). Their hair is sewn in, in fact one of them is still in progress of getting hair in. Now I need to give them face-ups.

I've never done this and the only person I knew who could had a SuperDollfie and we are no longer friends and even if I paid her I don't trust her not to destroy my kiddos.

I have plenty of dolls (collectables, barbie, ect.) and I've got pics of others dolls and some advertised on volks, ebay, ect., but I have no idea how to actually do it.
Also, I don't want to buy the $20 4oz bottle of paint to do it or the $30 official Volks shalack (can't spell that).

What do I need to get to use and where do I start and how do I do it? Do I draw an outline first or what. I don'ta knowz gonk

Well the little 27cm guys are made out of vinyl, not resin, so it's a different. I'm not really sure the effects of MSC or Testors on vinyl, so you might need to research that a little. I happen to have a 27cm guy myself, and i just used some pastel chalks to draw on eyebrows and blush his lips, and it worked fine. The main thing you have to remember is that any kind of tutorial that you find on how to do faceups for resin dolls, while informative, may not work the same. And you don't have to spend a million dollars on it, either. If you use acrylic paints, Liqutex are the best brand (imo) and they run about 6.99 at any art store. You'll just need teeny brushes to apply it ^_^
