Was disappointing... That's all I really have to say. It didn't really succeed in being a James Bond film, so I'd have to judge it on the action. The way they filmed the action (all cuts and shaky cam) made it hard to follow so I couldn't really enjoy it. I'm a huge James Bond fan and... this left much to be desired.
See it because you love him and be disappointed anyway; at least you'll have something to talk about around the water cooler.
