Have you ever wondered what would happen were a zombie, a vampire, and a human to become roommates at an apartment? Well I sure did, and so Gler, Vindicated, and I will be demonstrating just that! Now I know you have some questions like "How are you reading my mind you perv!?" but life's too complicated SO JUST STUFF IT! 4laugh
Ok so here's the deal. Gler will be the human, follwed by Vindicated the vampire, and I the lovable zombie! Will there be awkward moments? Well me and Gler in an RP together...you bet! Will Vindicated lose her supposed vampire virginity? Well Gler and Vin in in an RP together...you bet!
So basically just sit back and watch the show!

The sound of clattering keys echoed off the walls all down the long apartment corridor, preceeding the arrival of a tall female figure, built slenderly and seemingly lacking soft curves; rather, she was sort of bony, pale, almost... anemic-looking. Perhaps because she fed greedily off the blood of others as opposed to a more 'traditional' diet was the reason for her terrible body shape. After all, blood is fat-free. Anyway, a curtain of blonde hair fell midway down her back, the colour bleached under the cheap lightbulbs that hung from the ceiling every so often. Her piercing crimson-red eyes inspected every inch of her surroundings as she passed. Swathed in a simple black dress, her paces made soft sounds as she drifed down the hall, before she stopped, turned on her heel, and faced a nondescript apartment door, labeled "37" in plain brass numbers. The sound of keys scraping the inside of the lock alerted anyone inside of her arrival. She paused a second, before throwing the door wide open and letting herself and her single suitcase (humorously shaped like a small coffin) inside.
The apartment was empty as far as she could tell, and dark, only the light of the bright moon leaking through the open windows enabling her to see. Which was more than enough. Dumping her suitcase at her feet by the door, she moved further inside the catacomb of the hallway, suppressing a sigh at her current situation. This was the absolute last place she preferred to be, even corporal punishment seemed happier and more agreeable. Used to a more lavish lifestyle, this 'dumpy' apartment did not suit her tastes at all, nor did the fact of having to share the quarters with others. Especially if they were meat people, humans, the stuff she fed on. If it weren't for her dependance on them for splitting the cost of the rent, she figured that she'd have had the space all to herself before long.
Coming to a stop before a selection of doors, she mused which to open first. "Behind door number one..." she breathed with a dry grin, reaching her long fingers out to grasp the knob.

"Mrrrgh"
A soft moan came from the bedroom, followed by the sound of tearing and the spattering of liquid against a wall. The noises were the same that came from horror movies, the ones where the director got really in-depth with the gore. That one with the zombies eating people alive would be a good comparison to moaning and slushing. But once the doorknob jiggled, it all stopped, replaced by quiet slow footsteps.
Abruptly, the door creaked open, wrenching away from the woman's grip. Standing in the line was a dark figure, wearing a pajama-like set of clothes. The figure stood the size of the woman, but was much meatier, describing a slightly buff build. Shadows muffled any of the physical details this man was showing though, only revealing a stained white t-shirt and ripped cloth pants. He then gave her a look-over and grunted.
"Unh?"

The vampiress's eyes widened ever so slightly at the grissled, shadowy form, but otherwise remained still. She didn't frighten easily, especially not by people standing in dark doorways. The hand she'd extended now rested on her hip, and she pursed her lips for an instant, before moving them to slowly form spoken words. "Sorry. Guess this room's taken." A small grin curled stubbornly at her lips, and it took much self-control to keep from laughing aloud. 'Haha. He must have been masturbating. All that moaning, and the spattering... Hahaha.' She had not been listening closely to the sounds that came from behind the door, or otherwise she may have detected the sound of ripping flesh, sounds of the midnight snack of a monster similar to herself.
"I guess I'll leave you to your... affairs. I bid you good-night." She kept her tone clipped, and moved a short way down the hall to the next door. 'And behind door number two?'

"Mrrrgh"
A soft moan came from the bedroom, followed by the sound of tearing and the spattering of liquid against a wall. The noises were the exact ones that were occurring in the bedroom next door. Eerily, they stopped once she reached the door, just like before.
Abruptly, the door creaked open, wrenching away from the woman's grip. Standing in the line was a dark figure, wearing a pajama-like set of clothes. The figure stood the size of the woman, but was much meatier, describing a slightly buff build. Even though this room was just as dark, it was obviously the same person, wearing the exact same clothes.

The vampire-girl arched an eyebrow over widened eyes, taking a step back and placing both hands on her hips. She studied the figure in silence. Clearly, it was the same man as before. Frowning slightly, she sighed.
"Alright. I get it. Whatever game of yours this is, I'll assure you it isn't working. It'll take more than that to scare me, believe you me. Now, you can either introduce yourself and show me to my room, or you can close the door and stick to one room." A terse smile was carved into her face, and she waited for some form of reply from the figure, her toe tapping an irritated rhythm into the floor. 'This place is too weird. This was such a terrible idea. Idiotic humans.' she thought bitterly.

The door that stood behind the vampiress, and to the left, stood another door. The knob turned loudly, as if announcing that someone was coming out. Which, in fact, someone was. A man stepped cautiously out of the room. The only human in the apartment, in fact. (But, this fact is humorously not known by him.) He had short, brown, scruffly hair, and was dressed in a simple white t-shirt, and khaki pants. No shoes, at the moment. With a grin on his face, he walked up to the vampiress, happy to greet his new roomate.
"Well hi there!" He said, almost dopey sounding. Then, in a more sincere tone, "You must be our new roomate. Welcome!" He smiled, and offered his hand. "I see you've already met your other roomate. Don't worry about him. He's always like that." He leaned in, and whispered, "I think he does drugs..."

In response to the vampiress, the shadowy figure just stood and gawked at her. He didn't even bother to blink, or so it seemed. Eventually, drool started to spout out and cascade down onto the peach colored carpet. Once the human roommate appeared though, the figure seemed to become more active.
The human sort of tranced the zombie-like man, causing him to drool even more. Slowly, it shoved past the girl and gave the human a big hug. A little moan showed that he was happy in this position, feeling the warm embrace of friendship in his absent soul.

Seeming relieved that someone more... normal was around, the vampiress turned her body to face the new arrival, a smile curling her lips up at the corners. Her smile widened, though, as she inspected him a little closer; he was human. Absolutely human. She could smell the tantalizing aroma of the blood that sloshed through his veins, faintly feel each pulse of his beating heart through the air like shockwaves. An excess of venom filled her mouth as she fought the painful instinct to snatch him away and sink her fangs into the soft tender flesh of his neck, and she balled her hands into fists at her sides, nails digging into her palms to control herself. She envisioned his death at her hands a hundred times in her mind in a very short span of time, before realizing he'd spoken, which snapped her back to the here-and-now.
"You don't say..." she commented, mildly interested and slightly irritated at this speculation. Druggies were generally easier kills, she had found in her experiences, though they tasted bitter or sour, or a little of both. Not in the least appetizing. A happy, plump little human usually tasted the best, better than the way the richest, most sinful confectionary may taste to a human. Especially if they were rich. Rich old bastards were very good, indeed. Better than human sex, even. She grinned gently. "I wouldn't doubt--"
Having almost forgotten the other figure that stood in the same hall, she was startled when he sprinted out and attacked the human with a hug. Her nose was assalted with the smell of rotten flesh; she struggled to control both her gag reflex and the urge to violently secure her prey from the assailant. A frown etched itself deep in her facial features, clearly unhappy with the current state of things. At least the monster wasn't feasting upon his brains. She was dumbfounded at this fact; normally, zombies went straight for the brains. This one was apparently lacking some vital instinct. "Friends, indeed..." she muttered, then observed the other man's face for a reaction to all this. Obviously, he was oblivious, at least to some degree, of the impending doom that now surrounded him on both sides. "Does this happen often?" she asked amusedly.

The man grinned as he got caught in a hug from the other roommate. "Oh yes. He's a verry friendly guy. Loves hugs." Figuring the other guy wouldn't notice, he leaned in, and whispered again, "But I wish he'd take a shower once in a while. He smells absolutely terrible, like the dead." He leaned back again, suspecting nothing from his two roommates.
Another grin formed upon his face. "So uh, let me get this friendly guy offa me, and after that, I'll to show you your room." He reached behind the doorframe of his room, and pulled out a rolled up newspaper, with an odd stain on it. He then said to the affectionate roomate. "Okay, friendship time is over, let go of me now." No response. "Alright... let me go. Let me go now. I SAID, let me go!" He gave the zombie a sharp thwack with the newspaper, on the back of the head.

"Looove...."
Clearly, the zombie wasn't paying attention to what the human was saying. Instead, he just continued to hug the life out of the pink meat bag. Zombies were always happiest when they were connecting to humans so intimately. It's not like they could just go and hug another kind of creature like a vampire or something. Those things bite, and zombies know it.
By the time the human roommate started whacking the poor squishy hug machine, the zombie had already made it's way close to the living organism's brain. The green rotten teddy-bear was just a second away from latching onto the tastiest part of any human before repelled to the floor. Defeated, the zombie laid there like a slug, it was his only defense.
After a few minutes, the undead roommate missing fangs sort of zoned out on the carpet, staining it with torrents of drool. Finally, it he just fell asleep in that position, snoring like a child after a long day of hugging.

[[Lol Gler. He was hugging you, not me. XP I bite, apparently =.=;;]]
The vampiress couldn't help a grin at the meat-boy's suggestion about his smell. "No kidding..." she murmured, wrinkling her nose delicately. She thanked her lucky stars that the wretch wasn't clinging to her, and that he had sense enough to stay the hell away from her and her teeth. Imagine how hard she'd have to scrub to get that scent off of her porcelain skin! A shudder rocked her figure, and she took a (very practiced) dainty step away as the zombie toppled into the carpet and proceeded into slobbery dreams. She hadn't noticed his near-fatal bite to the human's brain, otherwise she may not have been able to stop herself from beating the zombie silly, lingering odor in her pores or not. She unofficially declared the human her prey, and she intended to keep it that way until she could suck him.
[[Lol, innuendo.]]

((Whoops. Fix'd))
Now that the smelly man had let go, the human brushed himself off, hoping to get rid of the smell. "Well, I'm glad I'm not going anywhere tonight..." He looked down, and smiled as his roomate fell into a sleep, drooling on the carpet. "Well, don't worry about him. He does that sometimes. If you'd kindly just step around him, I'll show you to your room..." He turned, and went continued down the short hallway, which opened up into the living room. He turned to the right, and on the far wall, stood another door. He walked past the couch, and to the door. Placing his hand on the knob, he looked at the new lady.
"Here, is your room. If I said it wasn't the best room in the house, I'd be lying." He smiled again, twisted the knob, and opened the door for her. Why he didn't get this room, he didn't know. Though, really, it wasn't his choice to pick the room, anyways. It WAS his friend's apartment, anyhow...

Saying nothing, the vampire-slut -lady tiptoed carefully in a wide arc, as wide as she could make it, around the fallen zombie. She narrowed her eyes in disgust- living with such a creature would surely be more difficult than she could imagine. She followed the delectable human with whisper-quiet paces, running a smooth pink tongue over her lips. 'One day...' she promised herself, 'One day soon, that human will be the finest of treats. For now, we must bide our time appropriately. Show a little restraint; gluttony isn't ladylike, anyhow.'
The human stopped before a plain, nondescript door, just like the others, and she wondered at his hesitation. Placing a carefully articulated smile on her face, she oohed at his comment. "That's wonderful! I really appreciate this." She slipped past him into the room, letting her eyes linger on him in a practiced, attempted look of seduction. With an ego the size of hers, she was confident she'd bag this human in no time. 'Humans are so easy!' she thought with a grin, already formulating plans to seduce the poor oblivious meat-boy so that when it came time to secure her prey, it would be that much easier. He'd trust her and lust after her, and up until the moment she sunk her fangs into the flesh of his neck, he'd have no idea that he wouldn't be getting any tonight.
She paused at the foot of the bed, and looked around, patting her hips briefly as though what she sought after could be found in her pockets- even though the dress had none. "Aah... I forgot my suitcase in the hallway... Would you mind...?" she asked the human, glancing at him over her shoulder with a meticulous, adorable pout on her face. What could she say? It was an art, she assured herself, an art she'd had centuries to practice and perfect. What else was there to do when you were immortal? Knit scarves? Bah. She'd tried that route, it bored her stiff.
She turned away again, a malicious grin taking up residence on her face once more. Plans were being formed in her head again. Though it would amuse her to no end to ask "Won't you come in for a bite?" as a bit of vampire-humour, she instead was thinking of other plans to attract the human, unknowing that she probably looked completely ridiculous allthewhile in her efforts to attract him.

The human's expression changed from happiness, to a disgusted, disbelieving, yet-still-trying-to-appear-nice, kind of expression, as the bony new roomate tried to strut what she didn't have. He cocked an eyebrow, and bit his lower lip, as she attempted to ask him a question in a seductive pose. "Uhh.... sure... One moment!" He feigned a smile, then walked off to retrieve the suitcase. He stepped lightly over his smelly friend, making sure to avoid his arms....
He picked up the suitcase, and studied it a bit. He thought to himself, gee, I wonder where she got this? He walked back. I wonder where I can get one... He stepped into the doorway. "A-alright, here you go. I'll just set this down here, and let you get comfortable." He placed the suitcase by the doorway, and turned to leave.
He turned around again, and leaned in the doorway. "Is that everything? I mean, you didn't really bring much, did you? Cuz... ya know... women mostly, ah... bring more... er... luggage than this...." The awkwardness in his tone was frightening.
