Thunder is caused by the sudden expansion of the air heated by an electric current. There isn't any gods playing bowling, no gods are angry, and that's not a big spooky man about to attack you. mad

i always thought thunder was clouds crashing into one and other.
wich makes me feel stupid since i know clouds are just vapor and not tangible at all
uhhhhh I was taught that. In like, 5th grade I think.

Lucky peeka! Over here, they don't really brush up on weather-related things. It's just the usual how-clouds-are-made and then they move onto other stuff.
