I love making paper cut outs, I've been making them of just about everything sense mid '99 for work (I'm a preschool T.A.). A few months ago.. well at the beginning of this year I tried making an avatars one and loved it. Anyway any critiques or advice is loved, and pricing help too. I suck at pricing art. Note; It has no face for a reason, I love faceless avatars/character art. Though when I open my shop I'll offer faces if people asked.  P.S. I used to be Zarq (&& dragon bound && Saria White Dragon)

Personally, I would suggest making it a bit smaller (on the screen, I mean xP). As for price, I'd say maybe 200-250g or so?

You could easily go around 2.5, 3k, minimum, without coming close to gouging! They're cute, they're original, and they're custom. Not to mention the amount of work that goes into them, and the fact that they do cost you irl money to make, in terms of supplies (I have the same issue, since my name art is hand-drawn and -colored, then scanned; the only thing I do with them on the computer is resizing)
A little bit of detail in the hair might not be a bad thing, though, if you're not averse to it. That's about the only suggestion I'd make ...

I think they're great. ^^ I don't know that the hair needs any details, unless you wanted to put some shine, but then you'd need to put highlights on the rest of it, too. I like them as is, really. ^^
