I had to come home at lunch to turn my roaster on and put the meat in it. It cooked for 5 hours.... the meat just fell apart... amazing!

Heh-heh... me and the room mate put together a dish with some BBQ brisket, pulled pork, broiled lamb and some venison he got from his mom in Michigan.
Best... manly-salad... EVER! blaugh
