Russell T Davies has pronounced the 'Doctor Who' series will be given to Steven Moffat. Davies has suggested that the sonic screwdriver be passed to Russell Tovey (Midshipman Frame aka Alonso from Voyage of the Damned) This is not official it is only a suggestion from Russell T Davies. I did not think so. Then again there has been a ton of rumors going around that pretty much anyone can be the next Doctor. Will Scarlett (BBC Robin Hood) to Bon Jovi have been named.
