Rhea wandered the street, looking for a specific store but failing to find it. She swore that it had been there the other day, but when even Matchbox couldn't find it, he went home with Johan and the kids. She'd felt really left out lately, even her kids ignoring her. She wanted to have some alone time with either of her favorite boys, but they were always with eachother.
Shaking off any sad thoughts, she kept looking and looking, letting out a sigh of defeat when she finally decided to give up. Now where could she find a sock store?

Beta was out and about today in town. A rarity indeed for the pokedigi high bred. Most of the time he was a happy little recluse but today he needed something and the only way to get it was to go to town. The dragons head was stretched up, watching the sky and clouds as he went. Obviously urban life was over his head.
Thats when he bumped into something.. or some one. Beta quickly found him self falling down to reality only to be face to face with a girl that looked like she had just come off the cover of a gothic catalog. He blinked.
"Umm, " He started, "Are you alright?"

Surprised at being bumped into, her shock quickly turned to delight when she saw who had bumped into her. He was so -cool- looking!
Brushing her pants off for no reason at all, she smiled gently and wagged her tail. "I'm alright. Probably imagining things, but I'm alright. You looking for something too?" she asked sweetly, still scanning the stores, determined to find the Sock shop she had seen. "I'm looking for...a shop that probably doesn't even exist." she admitted, a bit embarrassed. This was probably the reason she was called psycho all the time.

"A store that doesnt exist?" the dragon repeated than chuckled, mostly to him self. "Seems we both are having the same problem than..." his voice drifted off in a dreamy fashion as his eyes worked their way around the land scape landing back on the cute cat infront of him. He inclined his head to the side.
"Maybe we can look for the store together? If any thing.." He paused for a brief moment as a car zoomed by way over the speed limit startling him some. Urban area's were something above his head. The dragon shook his head from horrible car related thoughts before starting gain, "If anything we can at least get to know each other some..? How's that sound?" He smiled a toothy smile, "Names Beta by the way. Mind if you give me yours?"

She watched the car zoom by and pinned her ears against her head. Stupid morons. But immediately they perked up again as he suggested they look together. She honestly couldn't have had a better idea, and the thought made her smile. "Oh, Yes, yes, we should! I'm looking for a store that sells almost nothing but socks. I don't like shoes but i love socks!"
Grinning her own toothy grin, she closed her eyes, leaned forward in a small bow, and tilted her head. "Nice to meetcha, Beta..." She paused as her hair fell into her face, "...My name's Rhea Dragonspeed." She straightened up and put her hair back in place, still grinning. "But you can call me Rhea. Which side of the street should we start at?"

Beta chuckled at her last name mostly to him self. "Dragonspeed.. thats a great last name." He tilted his head examining her more closely. Maybe she was part dragon, but he couldnt find a scale in sight and figured it was a last name like griffin.
"Shall we than?" The red dragon held out his hand to her.

"It's my daddy's last name." She smiled. This guy wasn't too bad, and he was willing to help her. He definitely had a place in her book of awesome now.
Excitedly taking his hand, she pointed down the row of shops "Let's start looking for your shop first, okay?"

Beta tilted his head, " I dont mind starting for yours first. I mean ladies first is a saying after all," He mused. "Im looking for ... ehhh.. well an alternative store I guess would be the best way to put it." He was looking for a store that carried bongs. He just didnt want to say that out loud. It wasnt that he used the bong to smoke out of, he just loved collecting them in his room. The designs thrilled him and he wasnt ready to announce that was what he was really looking for to a girl he had just met.
"Lets start there and make a sweep back this way." He smiled.
