Hello, this will be my first campaign that might actually get off the ground, so I'll be going with a easy 1st level campaign, seeing as I don't really have the time to get a higher level campaign started here. And for the fact that my first campaign on a different guild is having trouble getting started.

Here are some rules I'll be going by...
1) Please use the dice roller, preferably use JavaScript Site (I know some people have trouble with Gaia's dice, and this one does the class/race/skills/feats for you also)for the stats and such
2) PLEASE NO ONE-LINERS, try to be descriptive of your actions, and please keep in/out of character in the correct places....basics that all RPers should know.
ex:
Saying: "Hail adventures!"
Thought: "Will they be able to defeat my low level dungeons?"
Don't nessecarily have to post the "Saying:" mind you, nor do you have to color, but it helps. 3nodding
3) If you are not here and when we are in battle and your turn is up and the person who is after you is online, I will be taking your turn. If you don't show up for a week, your character will simply leave the party until a time you either come back OR the party has need and seeks him/her out. In doing so, you will not gain exp. with the rest of the group, and in such you will become weaker. So I urge you not to start and not be able to play.
4) If something should come up IRL that you can't avoid, and won't be able to play for some time, please let me know ASAP(as soon as possible). I may forgive you, depends on how active I am at the time. sweatdrop

PLOT:
A calm Nation has broken into war with a neighboring city, and the dragon guardian has gone missing. To help matters get worse undead have started appearing and wrecking havoc. Some locals believe that it has something to do with mysterious cloaked figures weilding scythes and sickles. The place you'll be starting? A town at the bottem of a mountain. Your job? That is up to whether you choose to accept a offer from the mayor....

Edit: This is all taking place on a world mostly of my own creation. I have yet to come up with a name for this world, so it is going nameless outside of "World". There are some key differences between this world and ours. I'll try to keep the Key Terms and other info updated to reduce the confusion.

Edition: 3.5 (I like my Monks, barbarians, druids and bards.)
Starting Level: 1
Starting Gold: PHB's class starting gold
Class: Any
Race: Any that don't exceed lvl 1 standards. (ex: Human, dwarf. I'll even be accepting Dragonborn of Bahamut)

Warning! They are PDF files, and a few tend to be over a few megabytes worth of memory.

Seasons: Each season consists of 9 day weeks.

-"Guardian"=A golden dragon that has protected those living near Elel for many years. Audiences with her have slowed down to almost none at all.
-Awase=Duke of abandoned tower, mysteriously murdered
-Boffin Applewise=A halfling farmer specializing in apples. Gave adventurers a ride to town.

Important Places: Places you have been, will go too, or hear of.
-Forest of Dindel=Huge forest, heros traveled through it to start journey
-Town of Elel=Local town, near base of mountain
-Chappegat=Ocean to the east.

hmmm I might join as a half drow... it follows the same template as half elf except it has darkvision, right?

Depends on the other half. I had a player that played with a half drow, and half high elf that still got half of the drow's racial abilities and was at +1 lvl adjust.

I trust that you guys are smart enough to figure away around such things.

I was really only going to get the dark vision reduced to 60 feet and the starting languages which are common, elven, undercommon, and dark elf sign if I am not mistaken. the rest I plan on following the half elf from the phb

Normally if I find myself playing a simliar campaign as I am in another guild, I use a different character to avoid the same circumstances. But if you ask, I will gladly remake my necromancer.

<@Monk>: How the hell did you come out with that character? Soul Knife isn't in PHB / PHB II >.> I'm just thinking... que.

<@Yurro>: If you're still taking players, I'd be interested tempted to dust off my books from the last couple of weeks and finally make a character that'll get some solid use. Probably even play an arcanist of some sort. Race will be a +0, so no problem there. My question is Prestige Classes.... are we allowed to plan for them? If so, do you need to know what book my plan comes from?

@GSingley: I'm not baised against prestige classes, but I'm going to go with "You're low enough you can't take any now, but later you can" route. And it would be very much appreciated if you could mention the book at least.

@Neo: Cool! My first warforge player! You'll have to explain somethings to me about them, but besides that it looks good.

@Dimitri: You don't have to, just giving you a hard time. Hopefully I will beable to keep it interesting enough for the two games.

Obviously I'm not capable of doing it now. The earliest I can break into the class(es) I want will be 7 or 8. And that's if I do some serious specialization.


Anyhow, we got a pali and an arcanist. Someone playing a divinist/healer for this?
