Yup, pretty much! C: At the upcoming Anime Banzai convention I will be cosplaying as Lucy from the last few episodes of Elfen Lied.
The cosplay is done, I am just waiting on my mother dearest to fix a shirt to match it and maybe some better striped socks. No pics yet, but I'll keep you posted. EL is amazing. ^^
