It's just an idea, but
I suggest fixing up the main page a bit.
It is an art guild after all, and the home page is not-so-artsie,
^-^ i suggest having a drawing contest for the main page,
with guide lines like;
Name of guild, owner of guild and the other admins of the guild
and what the guild is about.
to keep the home page interesting, you could switch the picture every month or so
