The General is skillful in attack whose opponent does not know what to defend... It'd be interesting, I'd read it.
The game was good, even if the story pretty much failed.
Well, the story was good.
It was the man characters and villains that failed.
Mostly the villains ...Mostly the Demon King and Lyon.
Yes.
Demon King and Lyon.
They failed.
I'll still read it, tell you what I think.
...and he is skillful in defense whose opponent does not know where to attack. -Sun Tzu.

The story started out as a classic story, with its own twists, making it interesting enough, but then the whole demon stuff, and monster stuff came, and made it uncool.
However, the head villains like Valter, Riev, and all them were pretty good. Whoever creates a bad guy like Valter HAS to be creative.

He has some pretty nicely done characters. Ask sukii.

Demon King and Lyon were fail.
"OH NOES OUR BRIGHT STONES OF CELESTIAL POWERS ARE BEING BROKEN"
That too.
I must admit, I had mixed feelings, one of them being surprise, when the monsters came into play.
Bad guys like Valter, are just fun to play.
Anybody insane is fun.

The story was kind of meh, but the characters... ARGH. Some of you know by now what I think of some of the characters on it. And I also want to add that Eirika and Seth in no way deserve the amount of love they get in fanfiction pairings. No zarking way.
Valter and Riev were cool, but so was Orson--come on. You're telling me that a knight who sacrifices the very country he ought to serve for the sake of raising his wife from the dead as a mindless zombie isn't a creepy villain? He's downright horrid! ...Which makes him fun to kill. biggrin
But, I don't read novelizations of games. It's just something I'd neither write nor read.

*pops in*
I've only gotten a little past the point where Orson betrays you in FE8. But he seems like a very complex guy--it's very tragic. D:> Madness is intriguing and I thought that her death probably drove him to it, which is why he went so far to bring her back.
I might read it.
